4.

You need to do accident reporting (IDAC and insurer) within 24 hours or next working day.
请您在24小时内或下一个工作日，安排报案（IDAC和保险）。

Nautikarz shall settle the vehicle repairs and insurance claim process. You can collect your vehicle upon repair works are done.
保险理赔通常需要更长时间。我们负责解决修车和保险理赔事宜。只要车修好了，您就可把车开回家。
